The machine, the scale and all tools are washed and disinfected before your batch, so no trace of the previous product — allergens above all — ends up in yours. Then we set the scale to your fill weight and check the first units before the full run starts.

We spell this out because a packing price means nothing without its scope. The same figure from two suppliers can cover two different jobs.
The PLN 2.00 net price applies to pouches up to 500 g from 3000 units. We give the exact price in your individual quote — within 3 working days.

We don't order single printed pouches — print runs start at volume. What we give you instead is control at every step, before we pack the whole batch.

+How much does contract packing cost?
Packing at Scoop & Pack starts at PLN 2.00 net per unit for fill weights up to 500 g and orders from 3,000 units, and the unit price falls with volume. We add PLN 300 net for line set-up to each batch. Goods and packaging are billed separately. You will receive an individual offer within 3 working days.
+What is the MOQ? Does the 300-unit minimum apply to every flavour?
Scoop & Pack's MOQ is 300 units per variant, meaning one product at one fill weight. Three flavours are three separate batches. We clean the full line and set the scale before every batch, so the MOQ applies separately to each variant.
+What is the lead time? Can you finish before Christmas?
Scoop & Pack completes most orders within 2–3 weeks after label approval and once the goods and packaging are available. A 1–2 week lead time is possible in special cases after individual confirmation, while custom-printed packaging takes longer. We complete Christmas orders no later than one week before Christmas Day.
+Can I order a sample or a trial batch?
Scoop & Pack can prepare a trial batch, quoted individually at approximately PLN 500 net. We do not make single units in custom-printed packaging.
+Do I have to supply the goods? What documents must come with them?
You can send your own goods or Scoop & Pack can order them from a supplier; you buy at the supplier's purchase price and the supplier invoices you. We don't keep a warehouse of ready-made products. For your own raw material we need its specification, a delivery document with the batch number and best-before date, allergen information and approximately 2% extra; send it in original, dry and undamaged packaging. Goods can arrive in sacks or cartons of any size, including 50–100 kg sacks. The only thing we cannot accept is big bags, because our premises do not allow it.
+Which food-safety certifications do you hold?
Scoop & Pack operates HACCP and GMP/GHP systems. We do not hold BRCGS, IFS, FSSC or organic certification, so we do not pack a product as organic. You provide the allergen information, and we clean the line before every batch. Our facility is approved by the State District Sanitary Inspector in Poznań and entered in the register of food establishments under no. 1005/PL3021D/2026.
+Who is responsible for the label, and will you check it?
The business whose brand appears on the product is responsible for the label content. Scoop & Pack checks the ingredients, allergens, nutrition declaration, net quantity and operator details free of charge, and adds the batch number and date. We can create the graphic design for a separate fee; for labels in another language, we print the content you provide.
+Can you blend products to a recipe?
Yes. We blend to your finished recipe. We can also develop a recipe for a tea, herbal blend or spice blend: a fixed service at PLN 300 net that gives you two proposed formulations. Full R&D is quoted individually.
+What packaging formats do you use? Can I supply my own?
We pack into kraft, white or black doypacks, with or without a window and with a zip closure, including barrier versions, as well as cardboard tubes. We pack fill weights from 50 g upwards, including above 1 kg. We confirm the pouch size with a fill test on your product before printing, because volume decides the size, not weight: 100 g of dried leaves takes up several times more space than 100 g of salt. The materials come with a technical data sheet and food-contact declaration. At 300–500 units, a stock doypack with a label is usually cheaper than full printing; you can supply your own packaging and labels.
+Do you pack sticks, small sachets and powders?
Yes, on request, for larger runs. We accept sticks and sachets under 50 g from approximately 40,000 units. We accept fine powders, such as instant drinks, matcha or cocoa, on request after a consultation. We select the equipment for each project.
+Do you serve clients outside Poland? How do dispatch and collection work?
Scoop & Pack serves clients in Poland and the EU on the same terms. You can collect the finished batch, use your own carrier or ask us to arrange shipping at the cost stated in the quote. We use outer cartons, but we do not store goods or dispatch individual orders to end customers.
+How does payment work?
You pay for the service in instalments, with the schedule agreed individually in the quote. Goods and packaging ordered for you are payable in advance.
+Who owns the recipe?
The recipe remains your property. Scoop & Pack works to it and will sign an NDA on request.
+What is the difference between white label, private label and co-packing?
In white label, Scoop & Pack orders a finished product from a supplier and packs it under your brand. In private label, you provide a finished recipe and we blend and pack to it. In co-packing, you provide the finished product and we weigh and pack it.
+What do you not do?
Scoop & Pack does not handle food supplements and extracts, tea bags and pyramids or flow packs. We do not assemble turnkey gift sets from components outside our production. We do not provide warehousing or fulfilment to end customers, handle chilled products or pasteurisation, or provide organic, BRCGS or IFS certification. We do not accept goods in big bags.
+What do you pack on request?
On request, for larger runs, we pack sticks and sachets under 50 g (from approximately 40,000 units), fine powders, jars and tins. For these projects we select or buy a machine, so we start with a conversation about volume.
+What happens if there is a surplus or shortfall of goods?
We settle the goods actually used. We can pack or return small surpluses, and we agree any shortfall with you before completing the batch.

Food label requirements in the EU: a practical guide
EU food label requirements are set mainly by Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011. The exact label depends on the recipe, packaging and country of sale. This guide is a working checklist, not a substitute for reviewing the finished product.
How to start a food brand without a factory
You can start a food brand without a factory by outsourcing weighing, packing and labelling. You still choose the product, approve the information and run the brand, while a co-packer handles the agreed packing process.
Co-packing vs your own line: two routes to market
An own packing line and contract packing can both produce food under your brand, but they distribute investment, work and risk differently. Your line gives direct process control. A co-packer takes over the agreed weighing, packing and labelling.
