Turn your audience's trust into a product — without the risk of a huge first batch or frozen capital.

Contract packing under your brand · private label & co-packing
You send us your product, or we source it for you. We weigh it, pack it into doypack pouches, apply your label and hand over the finished product. We start from 300 units.
No commitment. You configure your product and we come back with an individual offer within 3 working days.
Contract packing (co-packing) means weighing and packing finished food products into retail units under the client's brand — without building a production line of your own. At Scoop & Pack we pack dry goods: coffee, tea, superfoods and spices into doypacks, sachets and cardboard tubes, from 300 units.
Depending on the model it's called contract packing (co-packing) or manufacturing under your own brand (private label / white label). Either way, the product reaches the market under your logo, and we take care of weighing, packing and a fully compliant label.
Want your products packed under your own brand? Configure your product in the creator.
You look after the brand and sales. Packing, labelling and compliance are on us.
No factory of your own, no capital frozen in a pallet of goods.
No capital frozen in a pallet of goods. Others usually start at 1,000–5,000.
Send us yours, or we search, negotiate and order for you. Goods at cost, no margin of ours.
Ingredients, allergens, nutrition. We take that on.
You know the price before you ask.
You take only what you need. We can provide the doypack and the label — or use yours. Have your own goods and packaging? We'll simply pack it for you.
From idea to finished product — simpler than you think.

The product, the fill weight, how many pouches to start with. Got a recipe? We work with yours.

You send your own, or we source them for you. We match the doypack to the product.

Weighing, sealing, label applied. We make the label or use yours.

For the shelf, the online store or your community. We can also build gift sets from them.
Three models — pick the one that fits your stage. Each from 300 units.
The fastest route: a proven recipe, your brand.
We source the goods for you and pack them under your brand. Example: you want Ceylon cinnamon — we find the supplier, order it and pack it into a doypack with your label.
Your own product variant — taste, blend and fill weight made for your brand.
A bespoke recipe composed for you. Example: you want a “wind-down for the evening” herbal blend — we compose it from several herbs under your brand.
You bring the product and the goods — we take over weighing and packing.
You have a finished product — we handle the packing. Example: you deliver green tea, we pack it under your label.
Not “everyone” — brands and creators who want their own product without their own factory.
You have a brand and an audience — you don't have a production line or the patience for food law.

Turn your audience's trust into a product — without the risk of a huge first batch or frozen capital.
White label · fast start

You have traffic and customers — add your own product with your own margin; we do the rest, no production line needed.
Private label · your own recipe

Build your own product instead of reselling someone else's — your brand, your margin.
Co-packing · your goods
Your recipe and your idea stay yours. We work in confidence — happy to sign an NDA.
Small batches don't waive the requirements — we take them on for you.

We pack under HACCP — food safety is our watch.
Ingredients, allergens and nutrition are on us — a label that meets the regulations is our side of the deal.
Packaging approved for food contact — safe for your product.
The machine, the scale and all tools are washed and disinfected before your batch, so no trace of the previous product — allergens above all — ends up in yours. Then we set the scale to your fill weight and check the first units before the full run starts.
Products that went through our line — from the recipe, through a labelled doypack, to the finished pouch.

A Middle Eastern herb blend in a window doypack, with full mandatory labelling.

A cardamom-and-spice blend — composed and packed in-house.

Brazilian Arabica with Guatemalan green cardamom, in a kraft doypack with a custom label.

True Ceylon cinnamon, weighed and packed into a window doypack.
This product went down exactly the road you start in the creator — and it is on sale today under the Małe Betlejem brand.

Ground Brazilian Arabica (80%) with green cardamom from Guatemala (20%) — an eastern-style coffee composed for the brand.
A 250 g kraft doypack with a custom Jerusalem-illustrated label and the full set of mandatory markings.
The batch was weighed and packed under HACCP, with the roast date on the pouch.
The product sells in the brand's online store — no factory of its own needed.
We don't sell tiers of care. We agree the scope — and put our name to your product reaching the shelf.
You have an idea and want someone to turn it into a product.
You don't want to learn about a labelling error from an inspector.
The product is only half of it — the rest is packaging, the supplier and how it looks on the shelf.
You take only what you need. We can provide the doypack and the label — or use yours. Have your own goods and packaging? We'll simply pack it for you.
Call it co-packing, white label or private label — in practice it's the same thing: the brand is yours, we make the product.
We assemble finished pouches into a set: several products in one gift pack, with your ribbon, card and sticker. We also pack into bulk cartons for shipping to a store.
Quoted individually — it depends on how many items go into a set.
Plan Christmas sets ahead — ask by September so the packaging print run makes it.
You always pay for two things. Everything else is optional — you take only what you need.
From PLN 2.00 net. The larger the order, the lower the unit price.
Cleaning the machine, setting the scale to your fill weight, checking the first units. Charged on every order, including repeat orders.
Optional, if you need it:
Have your own goods and your own packaging? Then you pay for packing and line setup only.
The PLN 2.00 net price applies to pouches up to 500 g from 3000 units. We give the exact price in your individual quote — within 3 working days.
We don't order single printed pouches — print runs start at volume. What we give you instead is control at every step, before we pack the whole batch.
You get the artwork and the print-ready file. We start when you say yes.
We set the scale to your fill weight and show you the first pouches before the rest follows.
We'll send you a finished product from our own brand so you can judge the seal, the tightness and the packing quality.
Enough to test the product on the market.
White label: we source the goods and pack them under your brand — the fastest start. Private label: we compose a blend for you (taste, composition, fill weight). Co-packing: you supply the goods, we pack them. Details in the table above.
We start from 300 units — so a new brand can launch without freezing capital. The exact threshold for your configuration is shown in the configurator.
Packing starts at PLN 2.00 net per pouch and drops with volume. Every order also includes line setup — cleaning the machine and setting the scale to your fill weight. Goods and packaging are billed separately, and you can supply your own. We prepare a full quote for your configuration within 3 working days: scooppack.com/kreator.
Lead time depends on the size of the order. One person packs around 800 pouches per day — a sound basis for estimating. We confirm the exact date when the order is placed.
We don't keep a warehouse with a ready assortment to pick from. Either you send us your goods, or we find a supplier for you: we negotiate the price, place the order and check the documents. You buy the goods at cost, invoiced by the supplier — with no margin of ours. For unusual products or large volumes, sourcing takes longer and we tell you before we start.
You do. The recipe and the idea stay yours. We work in confidence and are happy to sign an NDA before we discuss details. What we develop together is not used for anyone else.
We can't produce single units in printed packaging — doypack and label print runs start at volume, so one unit would cost as much as a small batch. Instead you get a label proof to approve and photos of the first weighed units from your batch before we pack the rest. We can also send you a finished product from our own brand so you can judge the seal and packing quality. First batches start at 300 units.
Yes — you take only what you need. We can provide the doypack and the label, or use yours. Have your own product, packaging and label? We'll simply pack it for you.
Our core format is the doypack — a stand-up pouch with a zip closure, with or without a window, in kraft, white and black. We also do sachets and cardboard tubes. All packaging is approved for food contact. Have your own? We'll pack into yours.
30% on order confirmation. The remaining 70% is invoiced on dispatch, with a 7-day payment term. Goods and packaging that we source for you are payable in advance. No hidden costs.
We bill the goods actually used. Small surpluses can be packed or returned, and any shortfall is agreed before we top up the batch — all of it in the open.
Yes. If you don't have finished artwork, we prepare it together with print-ready files and make sure the label carries everything the regulations require — ingredients, allergens, nutrition. The quote depends on how much work the design takes. Have your own artwork? We'll check it before printing.
Yes. We assemble finished pouches into a set — several products in one gift pack, with a ribbon, card or sticker — and we also pack them into bulk cartons for shipping to a store. We quote this individually, as it depends on how many items go in. Plan Christmas sets ahead — September is the right time to ask.
Whichever suits you — you can collect the finished batch or ask us to ship it. We agree this in the offer.
Co-packing (contract packing) is a service in which an external partner weighs and packs a product under the client's brand — with no need to own a production line. At Scoop & Pack we pack dry food products: spices and blends, tea and herbs, superfoods and coffee.
