The line is cleaned before every batch
The machine, the scale and all tools are washed and disinfected before your batch, so no trace of the previous product — allergens above all — ends up in yours. Then we set the scale to your fill weight and check the first units before the full run starts.

Before your batch starts
We don't order single printed pouches — print runs start at volume. What we give you instead is control at every step, before we pack the whole batch.

You get the artwork and the print-ready file. We start when you say yes.

White label: we source the goods and pack them under your brand — the fastest start. Private label: we compose a blend for you (taste, composition, fill weight). Co-packing: you supply the goods, we pack them. Details in the table above.
+What minimum order quantities (MOQ) do you take?
We start from 300 units — so a new brand can launch without freezing capital. The exact threshold for your configuration is shown in the configurator.
+How much does contract packing under your own brand cost?
Packing starts at PLN 2.00 net per pouch and drops with volume. Every order also includes line setup — cleaning the machine and setting the scale to your fill weight. +How long does an order take?
Lead time depends on the size of the order. One person packs around 800 pouches per day — a sound basis for estimating. We confirm the exact date when the order is placed.
+Where do you get the goods from?
We don't keep a warehouse with a ready assortment to pick from. Either you send us your goods, or we find a supplier for you: we negotiate the price, place the order and check the documents. You buy the goods at cost, invoiced by the supplier — with no margin of ours. For unusual products or large volumes, sourcing takes longer and we tell you before we start.
+Who owns the recipe?
You do. The recipe and the idea stay yours. We work in confidence and are happy to sign an NDA before we discuss details. What we develop together is not used for anyone else.
+Can I order a sample before a full order?
We can't produce single units in printed packaging — doypack and label print runs start at volume, so one unit would cost as much as a small batch. Instead you get a label proof to approve and photos of the first weighed units from your batch before we pack the rest. We can also send you a finished product from our own brand so you can judge the seal and packing quality. First batches start at 300 units.
+Can I supply my own packaging or label?
Yes — you take only what you need. We can provide the doypack and the label, or use yours. Have your own product, packaging and label? We'll simply pack it for you.
+What packaging do you pack into?
Our core format is the doypack — a stand-up pouch with a zip closure, with or without a window, in kraft, white and black. We also do sachets and cardboard tubes. All packaging is approved for food contact. Have your own? We'll pack into yours.
+How does payment work?
30% on order confirmation. The remaining 70% is invoiced on dispatch, with a 7-day payment term. Goods and packaging that we source for you are payable in advance. No hidden costs.
+What happens with surplus or shortfall of goods?
We bill the goods actually used. Small surpluses can be packed or returned, and any shortfall is agreed before we top up the batch — all of it in the open.
+Do you help with label artwork?
Yes. If you don't have finished artwork, we prepare it together with print-ready files and make sure the label carries everything the regulations require — ingredients, allergens, nutrition. The quote depends on how much work the design takes. Have your own artwork? We'll check it before printing.
+Do you pack gift sets?
Yes. We assemble finished pouches into a set — several products in one gift pack, with a ribbon, card or sticker — and we also pack them into bulk cartons for shipping to a store. We quote this individually, as it depends on how many items go in. Plan Christmas sets ahead — September is the right time to ask.
+Dispatch or collection of the finished goods?
Whichever suits you — you can collect the finished batch or ask us to ship it. We agree this in the offer.
