Terms of service

Version 1 — in force from 30 July 2026. These terms cover the use of scooppack.com. They do not govern the co-packing agreement itself — those terms are agreed individually.

Below we describe the services we provide electronically through this site and the rules for using them, as required by Article 8 of the Polish Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means. You can save and print this document at any time using your browser's print function.

The service provider is z Betlejem sp. z o.o. (trading as Scoop & Pack), ul. Nadolnik 8 m. 150, 61-012 Poznań, VAT ID 7822958371, company number (KRS) 0001189172. Full registration data is published on our „Legal information” page. Contact: office@scooppack.com — we reply within 1 working day.

What we provide electronically

All of it is free and none of it requires an account:

  • Product configurator packaging set-up (category, format, fill weight, quantity) with a preview, the minimum order quantity and an estimated lead time.
  • Saved project a private link to your saved configuration, valid for 180 days. Only the person who receives the link knows its address.
  • Packaging visualisation an indicative image of the packaging generated from your configuration by an artificial intelligence model, available under a private link valid for 90 days. It is neither a graphic design nor a photograph of the product.
  • Contact form and quick contact sending us an enquiry together with your contact details so that we can reply.

Technical requirements

To use the site you need:

  • a device with internet access and a current browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled
  • an email address or a phone number — only if you want to send an enquiry
  • a working email address if you want to receive the packaging visualisation

What is not allowed

By using the site you undertake not to:

  • supply unlawful content, including other people's personal data without a legal basis, or content infringing third-party rights
  • impersonate other people or provide false contact details
  • disrupt the site, including sending enquiries automatically or in bulk — the forms limit submissions from a single address

In the event of a breach we may block access to the services and delete the submission. Unlawful content is handled under Article 14 of the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.

Starting and ending the agreement

The agreement for an electronic service is concluded the moment you start using it — you open the configurator, save a project or send a form. You can end it at any time and without giving a reason: stop using the site, stop opening the saved link, or ask us to delete your data. Saved projects and visualisations expire on their own after the periods above. We do not run user accounts, so there is nothing to close or terminate.

Site content is not an offer

The information on this site — including the configurator result, minimum order quantities, estimated lead times and the sample fee — is informative and an invitation to talk. It is not an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code. Commercial terms, including the price and the rules for deducting the sample fee from a first order, are set out in the individual offer we send in reply to your enquiry.

Rights to content

Whatever you send us (brand name, product description, files) stays yours — we use it solely to prepare a reply to your enquiry and the visualisation. The packaging visualisation is generated automatically from the parameters you choose, is indicative only and is not a graphic design. The text, images and layout of this site belong to us.

Complaints

Send any complaint about how the site works to office@scooppack.com. Tell us what the problem is, when it happened and how we can reach you. We reply within 14 days of receiving the complaint, to the same address it came from unless you tell us otherwise.

Personal data

What data we collect, why, who we entrust it to and how long we keep it is described in our privacy policy. Providing data is voluntary, but without contact details we cannot answer your enquiry.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms when the scope of our services, the law or the tools we use change. We publish the new version on this page together with the date it takes effect. The services are free and one-off, so a change applies to use of the site after the publication date — enquiries sent earlier are governed by the version in force on the day they were sent.
